Term and Conditions of membership and users of the directory service

By joining or using The Make-Up foundation Artist Directory you have deemed to have read and understood the following terms and conditions. By using this site after we post any changes to these terms and conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. If at any time you choose not to accept these terms and conditions of use, please do not use this site.

  • The Make-Up Foundation (TMF hereafter) cannot guarantee bookings to any members.
  • TMF are not liable for the accuracy supplied by members on the website.  Artist information is provided in good faith and TMF cannot be responsible for any inaccurate or out of date representations.
  • The artist will be representative of TMF and so be will be professional at all times.
  • TMF reserves the right to cancel an artist’s membership at any time for inappropriate or unreasonable behaviour.
  • The artist is responsible for pricing and collection of monies owed to them by client leads generated by TMF. TMF will not be held responsible for non paying clients.
  • The artist must have public liability insurance cover and ensure that they are adequately covered for the work they are doing. Under no circumstances will TMF be held responsible for malpractice or injury caused by artists.
  • TMF reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time giving 14 days notice.
  • Any artist may terminate their registration with TMF via email or phone call . Your listing will be removed from the site within 24 hours .
  • All artists listed on TMF Directory are self employed so when entering into agreements with these companies you are bound by that artist’s terms and condition and are not entering into such an agreement with TMF.
  • TMF will not be held responsible for monies or action against artists that break their contracts with clients.
  • TMF asks for a reciprocal link between advertisers and artists which optimise traffic throughout our industry for the benefit of us all.
  • Any changes of our terms and conditions or charges will be subject to 30 days written notice.

Special discounts offered to members are subject to their own terms and conditions.
